Ordering a Tipi

Our tipis are made to order and lead times can vary depending on our workload. You can generally expect to wait between 4 and 6 weeks but please enquire if you need something sooner and we will attempt to accommodate you.​
The ordering process
Confirm an order
You can contact us by email or phone to confirm a tipi order without submitting all your design details and requirements. We recommend doing this if you have time constraints and want to lock in your place in our production queue. ​We require a $1000.00 deposit to confirm your order and reserve your place. Full payment is required prior to delivery. If you cancel your order prior to work commencing, the deposit is 50% refundable ($500). If we complete your order and for any reason you do not make the final payment within 3 months, we reserve the right to on-sell your product and the deposit will be considered non-refundable, unless by negotiation and agreement from us.
